Lahore: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has ordered that all illegal plazas in Walled City be demolished and that daily reports be presented before the court, a news source reported. The court was hearing a petition on the matter.
The presiding judge further said that if the authorities needed the help of rangers to demolish the plazas, they should ask for it. The Director General (DG) Walled City convinced the court that they will demolish the illegal plazas with the help of Police soon. He also stated that indiscriminate action will be taken and no one, no matter how influential, will be spared.
