Lahore: The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) is going to establish a central complaint system with the help of a private company, according to a news report. The purpose of the system will be to quickly consumer complaints as they have been facing delays recently because LESCO 118 system has not been operational and as a result have been calling high officials with their complaints.
LESCO will established a modern complaint centre with the help of the private company and public will be able to directly complain to the complaint centre. Complaints will be processed at sub-division levels and will be resolved quickly.
