The two members notified for inclusion in the committee are Sadia Sohail Rana and Engineer Amir Riaz Qureshi. This committee will hold dialogues with property owners in the two housing schemes located within the bounds of LDA Avenue-I.
The committee will convince them to surrender their land – slated to be merged with LDA Avenue-1 – to the authority. In exchange, the LDA will offer developed plots; with each equaling 30% of the total land area that has been individually conceded.
