The decision came one day prior to the ballot scheduled on January 16. To facilitate more than 600 allottees of A, B, C, and G Block of Avenue One, the civic agency has prepared a working paper.
Further, the development authority has imposed fines on those allottees of Jubilee Town who have yet to pay 10% interest rate and PKR 25,000 (per marla) in terms of dues to the civic agency. These individuals will be given last chance to clear their outstanding amount, or their plot allotments will be cancelled and their properties returned to LDA’s plot bank.
