Lahore: Lahore Development Authority (LDA) is planning to update and revise its recently introduced land-use rules again – a news source reported. A committee has been formed for the purpose.

Deputy Director Housing Mumtaz Ahmad and Director General Inspection Masood Tamanna; Town Planners Khurram Farid, Ateeq ur Rehman; Architects Khalid Abdul Rehman, Abid Ali; Chairman Association of Builders & Developers (ABAD) Khizar Ayub, Abrar Sheikh, and Hameed Latif Hospital’s representative Maqsood Awan have been made members of the committee.

The review committee will prepare its recommendations for changes in land-use rules and review similar recommendations by the public and stakeholders. After that it will present its report on modifications in land-use rules within 30 days.
The notification for the formation of the committee has been issued under the directions of Director General LDA.
