Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) is looking to launch a mobile app to ensure timely redressal of public complaints under its reform agenda – a news source reported.
The citizens would have access to LDA complaint centre through Insaf App. According to details, the citizens would be able to register their complaint after downloading the Insaf App on their cell phones.

LDA has previously experimented with uploading a variety of apps on its Insaf portal to resolve complaints by the citizens.
Currently, a facility has also been launched at the one window cell of LDA under the title of Insaf Counter. Complaints against issues and officials can registered at the counter. Any complaint against an official would be transferred to other officials to ensure merit-based decisions.

LDA’s new establishment had announced a set of comprehensive reform programme to revamp the authority and the launch of these applications is a part of that effort.
