Lahore: The officials concerned have prepared a set of recommendations in a bid to revamp the Lahore Development Authority (LDA), a news source reported.

The civic agency plans to get its business plan approved from Prime Minister Imran Khan. It hopes to introduce an ‘Insaaf Desk’ and an HR Management System as part of the latest reforms.
LDA has proposed to establish a regional directorate. This proposed body would deal with matters pertaining to the Lahore Master Plan, zonal building control, and operations & maintenance.
A third-party audit will also be carried out for this purpose. Moreover, the authority will also introduce an online system and make amendments to the building by-laws.

Previously, the PM had directed the Punjab government to revamp LDA in a bid to tackle corruption and mismanagement in the civic agency.
