Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority is to auction lease for 22 petrol pumps sites on September 26, according to a publication. The auction will be held at the LDA Community Centre in New Muslim Town at 10 AM.
Calling it an excellent business opportunity, the auction of these sites is referred to as a ‘golden chance’ for oil companies and petroleum dealers. The petrol pump sites are located in Allama Iqbal Town, Jauhar Town, Gulberg III, New Garden Town, Sabzazar, Faisal Town, Model Town Extension, Township and Gulshan Ravi.
According to the publication, the terms and conditions for the auction have been set by the Supreme Court of Pakistan. The details of these terms and conditions are available at LDA’s official website and can also be sourced from LDA Sales and Allotment office.
