Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) is seeking proposals from owners of marriage halls and marquees to finalise regulations, according to a news report. To decide on the regulations, repeated meetings are being held between owners and representatives of LDA. After deciding details on mutual grounds, suggestions will be given to the LDA DG for final consideration.
President Lahore Marriage Halls Association (South Zone), Hafiz Muhammad Rauf, said that all hall owners are of the view that there should be adequate parking space. He added that most have agreed to propose provision of parking space by one car per 500 sq. ft. to the LDA.
