Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has announced its decision to establish a new and modern one-window setup to resolve all the complaints and issues faced by the general public – a news source reported. Further, LDA Director General (DG) Sameer Ahmad Syed issued the directions to prepare the feasibility report for the purpose. The report will be prepared by the civic agency’s Chief Engineer.

The old one-window cell had been established at LDA in September 2010; however, the authorities have announced their plans to modernise the building as well as its management system. The cell will be established at the land located adjacent to the LDA office and all the departments will be brought to a single place.

According to project plans, desks for the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), WASA, Traffic Engineering & Planning Agency, Housing, NADRA, and PHA representatives will also be established in the building
