Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has decided to double the transfer fee for the urgent transferal of residential plots.
According to a press release, the normal transfer fee for residential plots is PKR 7,000, while PKR 14,000 will now be charged for an urgent transfer. There will be no additional fee for the transfer of built-up properties.
