Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) is holding an auction for the leasing rights for multiple commercial sites – including a community centre, parking plazas, a petrol station and marquee sites on October 6, according to a post published on the society’s official Facebook page.
As per the advertised announcement, the leasing rights are being auctioned off for the marquee sites/wedding banquet sites in Johar Town, a community centre in New Muslim Town, parking plazas in Gulberg/Shah Alam Market, and a petrol pump site in Sabzazar Scheme. The auction will be held on the date mentioned above at 9 am at the LDA Community Centre – located in Ayubia Market of New Muslim Town.
Moreover, the leasing duration for each property type differs. The winning bidders of this auction of leasing rights will be informed within a fortnight of the authority’s approval.
