Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has approved the repair and restoration of the Thokar Niaz Baig Interchange to enhance the entry and exit points of Lahore, as reported by a news source on June 12.

According to the details, the decision was made during a Development Sub-Committee meeting chaired by LDA Director General Tahir Farooq. Chief Engineer Israr Saeed outlined plans for asphalt work, lane marking, beautification, and signage to improve traffic flow from the Motorway and Multan Road. Additionally, DG Farooq visited the LDA record room, emphasising staff training in firefighting.
