Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) successfully organised an auction on Wednesday, yielding an impressive revenue of over PKR 416 million from the sale of 28 commercial and residential plots, as claimed by a news source on January 25.

According to the disclosed news, the public auction encompassed plots situated in various residential schemes, supervised by members of the LDA auction committee, along with Housing Additional DG, Director Finance, Director Housing, and other officials. The terms of the auction were elucidated on-site.
Among the notable transactions, the tenancy rights for a marquee site and a plot in Jubilee Town were auctioned for PKR 21.84 million and PKR 6.976 million, respectively. Additionally, in different blocks of Johar Town, four plots garnered PKR 130.959 million, PKR 30.9273 million, PKR 30.9493 million, and PKR 30.4785 million. In Gulshan Ravi, a plot fetched PKR 9.62 million, while in Mustafa Town, two corner plots were sold for PKR 6.369 million and PKR 6 million.

Furthermore, the auction included eight plots at Tezaab Market, Do Moria Bridge, which were sold for PKR 7.986 million, PKR 6.586 million, PKR 6.586 million, PKR 7.342 million, PKR 7.3 million, PKR 5.838 million, PKR 5.838 million, and PKR 5.846 million.
