Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has approved a budget of PKR 96.16 billion for the fiscal year, encompassing the LDA and its sub-agencies, as reported on August 7.

Budget Allocation
- LDA Urban Development Wing: PKR 59.18 billion
- Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA): PKR 34.5 billion
- Traffic Engineering and Planning Agency (TEPA): PKR 2.49 billion
Governing Body Meeting
The budget was sanctioned during the first meeting of the LDA governing body, chaired by Vice Chairman Mian Marghub Ahmed. LDA Director General Tahir Farooq briefed the members on the agenda.
