Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) on Sunday revealed details of the Land Use Regulations issued in 2020 for the promotion of business activities and industries in four districts of the Lahore division, a news source reported on January 3.

According to the details revealed, the civic agency has slashed the commercialisation fee by 5% in case of lump sum payment. However, to facilitate the payment of commercialisation fee through instalments, the authority has also extended the instalment plan from two to three years.
The spokesman further noted that LDA launched Iqbal Sector spread over an area of 10,000 kanals after the plots in the previous sector – Jinnah Sector – were allocated through balloting.

The authority also recently completed Lal Shahbaz Qalandar Underpass near Firdous Market, while Bab-e-Lahore was also constructed near Thokhar Niaz Beg.
