According to details, LDA’s ‘Walk n Shop’ project will be completed in March. The civic body has decided to rent out the shops instead of selling them. LDA plans to establish a permanent source of income instead of relying on funds.
The park is being constructed over an area of 130 kanals in Johar Town. It will host over 80 shops, a park, a children’s arcade, and allied facilities. The builders have modelled the project on Mughal and Italian architectures.
