Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) is gearing up for its inaugural auction of the year, scheduled to take place on January 24 at the LDA Community Centre in New Garden Town, as reported by a news source this morning.

According to the shared details, the auction encompasses a diverse array of commercial and residential plots located in Johar Town, Jail Road, Allama Iqbal Town, and other affiliated schemes. Noteworthy is the inclusion of leasing rights for rooftop restaurants in key locations like Park and Ride Plaza, Moon Market, and Shah Alam Market.

Beyond these offerings, the auction will also showcase rental rights for commercial spaces in Gulberg’s Park and Ride Plaza, the first-floor Markaz Site in Jubilee Town, parking sites in Qaid-e-Azam Town, and various public utility sites scattered across different schemes. The range of properties on auction extends to cover commercial and residential plots in Johar Town, Jubilee Town, Sabza Zar, Gulshan Ravi, Tajpura, and Qaide Azam Town, alongside shops in Tezab Market, Do-Moria Bridge, and the Package Area on Walton Road.
