Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has chalked out a plan to change the route of the Orange Line Metro Train (OLMT) according to the verdict issued by the Lahore High Court (LHC), which was later challenged by the authority in the Supreme Court of Pakistan, according to a news source. The apex court is yet to announce its verdict.
In case the decision is given against the LDA, the authority will need to acquire more land to change the route, for which it has demanded PKR 72 billion from the Government of Punjab.
