Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has shared that the Manawan-Harbanspura-Ring Road project will be made operational by the end of next month, according to news published in the leading newspaper on September 9.

The PKR 182.219 million Manawan-Harbanspura Ring Road project has been pending for a long time, which causes traffic congestion and pollution. LDA Vice Chairman Naeemul Haq stated that the project is in the best interest of the public. The vice chairman inaugurated the Nayal Pul-Fateh Garh Road rehabilitation project. During the inauguration, he mentioned that the authorities concerned should focus on completing sports complex projects in the city including Tajpura and Manawan sports complexes.

Moreover, the LDA officials (whose names were not disclosed) briefed the LDA Vice Chairman on the progress of work on the Shahkam Chowk flyover, Saggian and other road infrastructure improvement projects, and sports complex projects.
