The LDA Insaaf Web and Mobile Portal will help people submit their applications and share their concerns with the development authority without wasting time otherwise spent on visiting the LDA Office in Johar Town, said the CM. This step will allow the authority to take immediate action on public complaints and carry out the related processes.
In addition to that, the portal will also help users book an online appointment with LDA officials, speak to them regarding their various concerns, submit applications for map approvals, download challan forms for payment of development charges, and track their applications online.
