Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has asked land grabbers to vacate land owned by the authority on their own or legal actions will be taken against them, according to a publication. The publication also shares details of 35 plots in various parts of the city that are currently in legal custody of land grabbers.
Out of these 35 plots, 18 are located in Jauhar Town, 11 in Sabzazar, one in Mustafa Town and Gulshan Ravi each and three in Quaid-e-Azam Town. Some of these plots spans an area of 130 kanals.
Through this publication, the LDA warns the land grabbers to free the mentioned plots from illegal possession or legal action according to LDA Act 1975 will be taken against them. The land grabbers will also be required to pay for the expense of this operation carried out to free the land from them.
