Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has invited applications for prequalification of constructor and contractor firms for several infrastructure schemes including the flagship LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments project, according to a news report published on January 15.

The interested firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-B and above for the completion of various development projects (including NPHP apartments) at various places in the city. These projects are being executed under Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar’s Naya Lahore Development package.

According to reports, LDA has invited separate applications for projects that include the construction of flyover from Railway Station to Sheranwala Gate, construction of flyover at Shahkam Chowk, construction of flyover and underpass at Karim Block Market Chowk Wahdat Road and construction of underpass on Ferozepur Road in front of Gulab Devi Hospital.
