The revised policy is aimed at improving the service delivery at LDA One Window Cell, which offers over 50 services. The cell will now be operational in two shifts, with the first one starting at 9 AM and concluding at 3 PM and the second one starting at 3 PM and ending at 9 PM. Dedicated officers and employees will be readily available at this cell to assist citizens with their various needs.

The cell also offers dedicated counters for senior citizens, specially-abled people and overseas Pakistanis. Moreover, the counters of all relevant authorities – like E-khidmat and NADRA – are also established at One Window Cell.
This latest move is likely to alleviate the constraints of time limitations, allowing citizens to conduct their affairs with utmost ease and efficiency. It was also highlighted that by providing this extended service duration, the one-window cell aims to streamline bureaucratic processes and foster a more citizen-centric approach to delivering essential services, thus benefiting the public at large.
