Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) recently granted its final approval to the Luxurion Gardens Housing Scheme — with the society located in Muridke – Shiekhupura, according to a news source published on October 1.
Meanwhile, the LDA communicated that under the Housing Scheme Rules 2014, the responsibility to ensure the completion of development work lies with the residential project’s sponsors. The development work includes road infrastructure, landscaping, green patches, water supply, sewerage and drainage infrastructure, power, gas and street lights installation. The LDA has also publicized a list of mortgaged plots in Luxurion Gardens Housing Scheme that are not allowed to be sold or transferred until their developers complete their development work.
