LDA gives technical approval to 17 housing schemes

Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has given its technical approval for 17 housing schemes, 9 of which are from Lahore – a news source reported.

The approved housing schemes include Kalwar Homes, Mason Homes, Eastern Homes, Green Homes, Pearl Residencia, Gulistan-e-Muhammad, Green Avenue, Khayaban-e-Zafar, Al-Noor Residency, Central Boulevard, United City, and Vital Orchard among others.

Other housing schemes that have also been given approval are Zaamin City, Khayaban-e-Amin Phase I, Dreamland Housing Scheme, and others.

LDA has also released mortgage plots for 129 housing schemes including Nespak Phase II, Iqbal Avenue Phase III, IEP Town, Fazaia Housing Scheme, and Naz Town.

LDA to simplify building plan approvals process

According to an official from LDA, approvals will be obtained for Central Park Extension, Eastern Housing, and Al-Kabir Town Phase II.

The cases were approved on the instructions of LDA Director General Usman Muazzam.
