Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has issued a notice for defaulters to submit a commercial fees by 31st December, stated a news report. This notice is for those who haven’t paid their dues in over two years.
The LDA has issued notices to all defaulters to submit this fees before this deadline, otherwise 25% of the value of the property would be confiscated, while remaining dues would be given to the owner of the building. On the other hand, the owner of the unapproved building would have to pay fees according to the new DC rate.
