Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has shared the details of the auctioned plots in various housing schemes, according to news published on August 4.
The authority held an auction for 13 commercial and residential plots and raised PKR 140 million from these plots. Here are the details of the commercial and residential plots auctioned:
Commercial plot No. 13 at Vegetable Marke-Iqbal Town was auctioned for more than PKR 11 million
Commercial plot No. 14 at Vegetable Market-Iqbal Town was auctioned for PKR 130 million
Commercial plot No. 16 at Vegetable Market-Iqbal Town was auctioned for PKR 10 million
Commercial plot No 203 Block B of Packages area was auctioned for over PKR 10 million
Commercial plot No. 6 Sector D-1 in Quaid-e-Azam Town was auctioned for more than PKR 8 million
Commercial plot No. 43B, H-1, Johar Town was auctioned for over PKR 10 million
