A separate project manager will be assigned the task of developing this project. Aside from the employees of LDA and associated agencies, the apartments will also be allocated to the general public. In addition, the apartments will be subsidized by PKR 300,000 under the Naya Pakistan Housing Programme incentive package announced by Prime Minister Imran Khan recently.
Earlier, the LDA had announced that PKR 2 billion would be dedicated in the authority’s Budget 2020-21 for the development of the said apartments, and that it would be the primary project for the authority this year.
