Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has announced that it will soon initiate selling commercial property files of various sizes for LDA City project through balloting, according to a news source published on the authority’s official Facebook page.

Reportedly, the sale of commercial plots in LDA City through balloting will be launched very soon. Meanwhile, the allocation of over 10,000 plots in Jinnah Sector Phase-I, spanning over 13,000 kanal land area has been completed. Other latest development updates of LDA City include that infrastructural work is being executed rapidly with a cost of PKR 3 billion. Moreover, Iqbal Sector that spans over 10,000 kanals has also been launched by the authority.

LDA has iterated that the project is located on an intersection of the Defence Road, Chenab Road and Ring Road – which places it is an ideal location in terms of business prospects. It is also hinted that with the third balloting of Jinnah Sector, the plots’ allocation against the files of Iqbal Sector will be executed.
Moreover, it was also reported that challan forms for the third instalment of development charges of LDA City Phase-I plots has been made available on the project’s official website and can be submitted at Allied Bank (any branch).
