Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has decided to issue allotment letters to LDA City allottees from this month, a news source reported. According to details, 9,700 allottees in LDA’s mega project will receive allocation letters.

LDA has already finalised the design and security features of the allocation letters to be transferred. Meanwhile, the development authority has also finalised a draft of the allocation letters after its approval.
Previously, Zameen.com had signed an agreement with the project’s development partners, according to which the company would have the exclusive sales and marketing rights for open files in LDA City Phase I (Jinnah Sector).

At the end of 2019, LDA also released its annual report on development projects, including a progress report in regards to LDA City. The report reveals that the development authority delivered on its promise of allotting plots to file holders of LDA City. Following Supreme Court orders, the LDA allotted plot numbers for 9,700 plot files within the past nine months.
