Lahore: The Chairman of Urban Developers, a leading developer partner for LDA City, Mian Tahir Javaid, has said that Phase I of the project will be completed on time, reported a news source. He shared this information while addressing a meeting held with LDA City members, investors and development partners.
The development partners on board for the project are committed to complete the development work in LDA City Phase I. In this regard, Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has also made an announcement. LDA is looking to complete development work in the project’s first phase and hand over property possession to the members as soon as possible.
In the same meeting, the Urban Developers Chairman also announced that Punjab Minister for Housing, Urban Development and Public Health Engineering will soon make an announcement regarding this matter.
Representatives of other development partners engaged for the LDA City also attended the meeting. These included the CEOs of Pak Group, Alpha Estate and Maymar Housing Services.
