Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has announced the date for holding a second ballot event for its LDA City Jinnah Sector (Phase I) project, according to a publication shared by the LDA City Development Partners. As per the details communicated, the second ballot to allocate plot numbers to LDA City plot files in Jinnah Sector is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2020.

The first LDA City ballot to allocate plot numbers against 9,712 plot files in the Jinnah Sector was held on November 30. For this ballot event, the LDA contracted the services of the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). The decision to get PITB on board was taken to ensure transparency in the ballot. The LDA City file holders can check the results of the first ballot by visiting the LDA’s official website.

Real estate experts are of the view that in response to the risen demand for LDA City files witnessed in the wake of the second ballot date announcement, their market prices are poised to increase. Based on this reasoning, they have recommended investors to keep a close eye on the project to score some solid medium-term gains.

LDA City is located on Ferozepur Road, and sits in close proximity to three interchanges of the Lahore Ring Road. The society will feature Lahore’s largest theme park spanning 300 kanals, an education city, a sport city, a health city, shopping malls, and a golf course.
