According to the LDA spokesperson, the authority has requested the LDA City members to make their payments on time to avoid the mark-up on late payments. He highlighted that late payments might slower the pace of the developmental work and escalation in developmental costs of the road network and other infrastructure. He added that it can also cause a delay in handing over the plots’ possession to the allottees.
