Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has reminded the interested parties that today (September 15) is the deadline for submitting applications to participate in the ballot of LDA City Jinnah Sector commercial plots, information was advertised in the leading dailies. The deadline for payment of the application fee is September 20th, 2021.
According to the advertisement’s specifications, the LDA has set a base price of PKR 3.1 million per marla for the aforementioned plots. As per the advert, the following are the important key points for interested applicants:
The non-refundable application fee is PKR 10,000 for plots up to 8-marla and PKR 15,000 for bigger plots up to 15 marlas
One applicant can submit multiple applications for various categories of plots
Successful applicants will have to submit 20% of the amount within 30 days of the balloting, with the remaining amount payable in 2 years instalments
There is a 10% discount on lump sum payment of allotted plot
