Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has announced the ballot date for commercial plots in LDA City’s Jinnah Sector, according to a post shared on the authority’s Facebook page on October 18. The balloting will take place on October 27.

Via this advert, the LDA also shared some important information regarding the ballot for file owners:
- Only commercial files with a 50% deposit, comprising a 20% down payment and three quarterly payments, will be included in the balloting.
- Commercial Files allottees who have not deposited the requisite amount or payment must pay their dues by October 20 for their commercial files to be included in the balloting list.
- File holders who have not submitted their dues can receive an updated challan form from the LDA Complex Avenue-1 Housing Scheme on Raiwind Road in Lahore and deposit it at the authorised bank branches.
