Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has issued allocation letters against LDA City Jinnah Sector files after conducting a ballot to determine their respective plot numbers, according to a post shared on the authority’s official Facebook page on April 14.
The post further states that the collection of quarterly development charges against these plots has been underway since March this year. In case the payments aren’t cleared by the specified deadline, the LDA will impose a fine of 17.5% of the due instalment, per every late instalment. The deadline to clear the fourth instalment is June 30.

In addition, the social media post directed plot owners to get their allocation letters from the LDA Office in Johar Town-Lahore. For this purpose, they are required to bring along copies of the challan issued against the payment of development charges, their original CNICs, and an LDA-issued exemption letter.
Those who cannot visit the LDA office due to the pandemic can send in their family member along with an authority letter.
