Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has informed the file holders of the LDA City to clear their dues in order to avoid cancellation of their ownership of their plot files, an advertisement in the leading newspapers informed the readers.

The LDA has informed all file holders of LDA City to settle their outstanding dues with a 17.5% annual late payment penalty. In case of failure to comly with the notice would result in the cancellation of their file. The following instructions were also published in the notification.
- File holders who have not cleared their dues by 30-06-2022 are invited to make the payment with a 17.5% late payment penalty.
- Customers can download the challan form from the LDA website by entering their registration number.
- Payments can be made in favour of LDA via online channels or through any bank using the One-Link facility.
- In case of any mistakes in the challan form, customers can visit the LDA City Directorate or contact them via WhatsApp for correction.
- LDA is authorised to cancel the allotment of the plot in case of failure to clear dues as agreed in the exemption letter.
