Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has notified LDA City plot owners today (June 2) to submit the first instalment of their due development charges, latest, by June 15; further stating that there would be no other extensions in the said deadline, according to a publication.
In cases of late payments, the plot owners concerned would be charged with a 17% fine on their due instalments.

As per the notification, the authority has issued the payment schedule form for development charges through which these dues can be paid in quarterly instalments during the course of the next two years (staring from June).
Where to Download the LDA City Challan Form for Development Charges Payments:
The challan form for paying the LDA City development charges is available on the LDA’s official website (www.lda.gop.pk). The same can also be downloaded from the authority’s ‘LDA Insaaf’ mobile application listed on both the Google Play Store and App Store.

In order to download the LDA City challan form, plot owners are required to enter their respective file numbers in the designated field. The form can be submitted at any branch of the Allied Bank along with the due development charges instalment amount.
The notification further revealed that the authority had resumed its previously halted LDA City plot file transfer procedure; stating that the plots concerned could only be transferred following the payment of outstanding development charges.

The notice additionally states that applicants can get any printing errors in their challan forms fixed at the LDA City Directorate Office.
