Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Sardar Usman Buzdar took to Twitter on Wednesday, to reveal total prices and payment plan for low-cost apartments being developed in LDA City under the Naya Pakistan Housing Programme (NPHP) initiative, according to a news story shared in national dailies today (December 16).

The CM revealed that the total price of the LDA City’s low-cost apartment will start from PKR 27 lacs, while its monthly instalment will be PKR 16,000. He further mentioned that these apartments are being construction under the Naya Pakistan Development Authority, which will ensure that the residential units are made available to the people on an easy and convenient instalment plan.

According to the information shared by Buzdar in his tweet, the covered area of LDA City apartments will range between 650 and 2,200 square feet. The successful applicants will also be able to seek home loan facilities – under which the payment plan can span over as many as 20 years.
