Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Governing Body has approved the recovery of development charges from defaulting allottees of the first and second ballots of LDA City, as sourced from an article featured on September 14.

According to the details, the development came to light in the LDA’s second meeting chaired by Vice Chairman Mian Marghoob Ahmed. Defaulters have a two-month window to pay at old rates before new rates are enforced.
An extension of one year has been granted for the payment schedule of commercial plots and file holders in Jinnah Sector, LDA City. Additionally, the supervisory committee was given authority to set the terms for selling new plots in the Jinnah Sector, while approval was granted for uniform special feature charges based on DC rates.
