Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) will hold 3rd ballot of LDA City’s residential plots on September 4, 2021, according to an advertisement published in a leading daily. The authority has directed that only files with valid exemption letters issued by the LDA be included in the balloting. In this regard, file holders are asked to submit their application for an exception letter no later than August 28.
The LDA has said in the advertisement that no files without an exemption letter would be included in the September 4th balloting. Those having plot files are therefore urged to submit their application after contacting their specific developer/owner of the plot in order for the procedure to be completed on time.
The advertisement further stated that people interested in purchasing plot files in LDA City should verify the “Entitlement Letter” provided by LDA to avoid future inconvenience. They should also check to see if their application for an exemption letter has been submitted to the LDA office before the 3rd ballot.
