Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) and Capital Development Authority (CDA) have announced that their employees will donate significant amounts to the Diamer-Bhasha and Mohmand dam fund, according to a news report. The LDA Director General Amna Imran Khan announced that all employees working at Grade 17 and above would donate two-day salaries, whereas, officials working up to Grade 16 would contribute their one-day earnings for this. On the other hand, the CDA announced that it would donate PKR 10 million as a contribution to the fund.
In light of this, the Finance Wing of the Authority made deductions from current monthly salaries of the employees and deposited the cheque to the Supreme Court’s Dam Fund.
