Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director General (DG) visited the LDA Avenue I located on Raiwind Road, a news source reported. She instructed that the LDA Avenue community centre should be made operational soon.
She instructed that the building being constructed should be completed in fifteen days and the necessary staff should be appointed for it. She further directed that applications should be made to clear the pending cases in different courts so that the plots could be handed over to allottees.
LDA Avenue I is among the most searched housing schemes in Lahore for people looking to buy residential plots. Real estate agents registered with Zameen.com also report a constant rise in number of inquiries made against the property listings updated for LDA Avenue I plots. The society is among the few places that started to generate demand among the end users soon after the General Elections 2018 took place, so the expectations from LDA in terms of clearing the society of land litigation cases have been high.
