Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) conducted a mega-scale auction of residential and commercial plots located in various schemes across Lahore at the LDA Community Centre in New Garden Town, according to news published on April 06.
The said auction was held under the supervision of Additional DG (Housing) Syed Munawwar Bukhari and showcased 15 plots situated in Johar Town, Mustafa Town, Tajpura, and Jubilee Town. There were six commercial plots and nine residential plots, which were sold for an accumulative PKR 257,999,000.
The details of these plots are below:
Corner Plot No 204, Block Ahmed Yar (Commercial), Mustafa Town was sold for PKR 9.15 million
Plot No 204-C, Block Ahmed Yar (Commercial), Mustafa Town was sold for Rs. 7.97 million
Plot No 547, Block D (Commercial), Tajpura was sold for PKR 6.36 million
Plot No 548, Block D (Residential), Tajpura was sold for PKR 6.35 million
Plot No 53 Block E (Residential), Tajpura was sold for PKR 9 million
Corner Plot No 56, Block E, Tajpura was sold for over PKR 10 million
Corner Plot No 27-C, Civic Center, Johar Town (Commercial) was sold for PKR 75 million
Plot No 76, Civic Centre, Jubilee Town (Commercial) was sold for PKR 65 million
Corner Plot No 539, Block, B Jubilee Town (Residential) was sold for PKR 13.6 million
Plot No 121, Block C, Jubilee Town (Residential) for PKR 11.1 million
Plot No 424, Block D, Jubilee Town (Residential) for PKR 9.29 million
Plot No 446, Block D, Jubilee Town (Residential) for PKR 9.62 million
Plot No 233, Block E, Jubilee Town (Residential) was sold for PKR 9.3 million
Plot No 31, Block F, Jubilee Town (Residential) for PKR 8.55 million
Corner Plot No 724, Block C, Jubilee Town (Residential) PKR 6.95 million
The public auction of LDA plots was attended by members of the auction committee, which included Additional Director General (Housing), Director Finance, Directors Housing, and other related officers.
