The auction was deemed a success by the LDA, as it generated significant revenue for the organization. It is also seen as a positive sign for the real estate market in Lahore, as demand for plots remains high in the city. It is important to note that the government of Punjab has recently asked LDA to fund the majority of its development projects through its own resources, reducing dependency on the provincial government.
