Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has conducted a successful auction on Wednesday (October 4), fetching a total of PKR 103.9 million from the sale of nine plots, according to news published in the leading newspaper on October 5.

The auction was supervised by key LDA Auction Committee members, including Additional Director General Imran Ali, Director Finance Kashif Imran, Director Housing Ten Ali Bin Sohail, Director Avenue One Rehan Athar, Director Private Housing Schemes Mahmood Ahmed, and Director Housing Shahbaz ul Haq Ghurki, among other officials.
The following are the details of the auction plots:
- A marquee site spanning six kanals in Jubilee Town was leased for an annual fee of PKR 13.5 million
- The lease rights for an expansive 11 kanal five marla parking site in Gulshan Ravi Civic Center were secured for PKR 8.8 million annually
- A highly sought-after one kanal residential plot in Jubilee Town sold for an impressive PKR 42.7 million
- In Sabzazar, a three marla commercial plot was successfully auctioned, commanding a price of PKR 9.4 million
- A three marla commercial plot, located in Tajpura, was auctioned for PKR 7.2 million

- Plots in Quaid-e-Azam Town were in high demand, with one plot selling for PKR 6.7 million
- A commercial plot in the same area in Quaid-e-Azam Town fetched a price of PKR 5.678 million
- Another commercial plot in Quaid-e-Azam Town was acquired for a competitive rate of PKR 4 million
