Following the project’s successful debut, residents of Lahore will be able to file complaints against encroachments, which will be digitally allocated to officers and monitored through a portal. Because the record has been digitised, there is no room for error or delay in responding to concerns.
The LDA has also entrusted the Traffic Engineering and Transport Planning Agency (TEPA) with conducting effective anti-encroachment campaigns to improve traffic flow.
