Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has unveiled the timetable for an upcoming plot auction, set to take place on May 15th at 10 am in the LDA Community Centre located in New Garden Town, according to news sources.
Chairing a meeting on Wednesday, LDA Director General Tahir Farooq led discussions on the auction proceedings. The Director of Auction provided a detailed overview of the impending auction to the LDA Director General.
During the briefing, it was outlined that the authority would be offering tenancy rights for the Park and Ride Plaza, Gulberg (First Floor), along with the petrol pump site situated at LDA Avenue One, among other listings.

In addition, prospective bidders will have the chance to vie for educational sites in Johar Town, Architect & Engineers Cooperative Society, and Faisal Town. Commercial plots in Johar Town and Allama Iqbal Town, as well as public utility and education sites in Johar Town and Lake City, will also be open for public auction.
The auction will encompass a variety of commercial and residential plots spread across multiple locations, including Tezab Market, Do Morya Pull (Commercial Shops), Packages Quarter, Walton Road, Mustafa Town, Allama Iqbal Town, Sabzazar, Quaid-e-Azam Town, Johar Town, Jubilee Town, Avenue One, and Tajpura.
