Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) and Allied Bank Limited (ABL) have signed an agreement to facilitate online payments of LDA dues through 1-Link and/or mobile applications, a news source reported. LDA Director Finance M Akhtar signed the agreement on behalf of his organization. LDA Director General (DG) Ahmed Aziz Tarar was also present on the occasion.

The new utility will allow users to pay LDA charges through 1-Link ATM or mobile applications of their banks. ‘The demand notices for collection of dues from LDA will be generated through computer and the concerned applicant will be informed about the amount and the last date for payment via SMS,’ as per the news source.

Further, applicants will be able to submit their dues at any branch of Allied Bank Limited. In return, they will be provided with receipts of their dues. Individuals concerned can also download their challan forms from the LDA official website.
